”Great hotel for the price. The restaurant should be opened earlier for breakfast instead of waiting until 8:00 am or more. The hotel staff was very professional. I appreciate the cleanliness.”

”Good”

”The room was very clean and the staff were always helpful and polite, great environment.”

”They denied ever seeing the payment I made through Expedia. The owner of the hotel was shouting at my aunty and refused them entry into the hotel, not minding how tired they were and standing there, after traveling for hours by night. Wicked people, you shall vomit my money. Thieves that’s what you people are.”

”Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.”
