- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.

- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own pool / beach towels.

- This home is located on a rural property where natural wildlife roam.

- Please note that firewood is not supplied. Guests will need to bring their own matches and firestarters.
