The ground floor has its own entrance. It comprises an attractive 37 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

- An 8 x 4 m swimming pool (private, heated), open from 1ᵉʳ April to 30 September, equipped with a roller shutter.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (up to 4 vehicles). A charging point for electric vehicles is available free of charge.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- External surveillance camera present and aimed only at the front door and garage for security purposes; does not film the terrace or swimming pool and is deactivated during stays.
- The on-site manager may be called in from time to time to maintain the grounds and swimming pool, at convenient times to ensure your peace and quiet and a pleasant environment during your stay. She can also be contacted to provide you with a plancha, ironing board and iron or any other additional services offered on site.
