Parking was included just steps from the building and the property was very well maintained. ”Excellent choice!! Very clean and home like, no fancy services of a hotel but one of the best/freshest places we stayed in New Zealand. Somewhat Scandinavian in style which we liked a lot, sort of a boutique accommodation feel to it. Not optimally located as it takes around 30min to walk to the center. Otherwise really nice place! ”

”The staff were amazingly helpful. The property itself is a bit old. The room was next to the road and it was very loud even for us that do not mind the noise. Also the window didnt have the curtain and there was no way you could cover, except we used the bath mat otherwise the light was so bright whole night. ”

”Motel was ok. My point of view is affected by a few very nice motels we have stayed in the previous nights. Motel was clean and room was spacious. Bathroom was ok, but I dont like shower curtains in hotels. Also after showering, the whole floor was wet and no means to dry it out. ”

”We were in town for one night and needed something clean and easy for our family of four. This was perfect, plenty of space and walking distance to town. Our friends stayed right in the room next door. Would definitely stay again.”

”Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.”
