”Pretty good place to stay. It does get a bit noisy around two a.m. since people come back from seeing the aurora, but if you’re part of that crowd or don’t mind, it’s okay. The owner is quite helpful and accommodating, and sets clear rules for the house. You share the bathroom with other people, but it mainly remains clean. The malls are around ten minutes away by foot, and it’s easy to get to. Meals aren’t provided, but you can bring food in yourself. Overall, I’d say it’s more than worth it...

”The host was kind, accommodating, and responsive! The space was very clean, had great amenities, and was cozy and comfortable! I would definitely stay again! ”

”It was supposed to be a vrbo, out of verbo you get your own space. But this ran like a hostel. There were three bedrooms with no locks on the door different people coming and going every night your stuff isn't secure and you ended up sometimes being a single woman traveling alone being a load of the house with a man you don't know who doesn't speak the same language. Unfortunately Yellowknife was completely booked up the due to the Chinese New Year and an influx of Asian tourists. I had no...

”Property was very poorly maintained. Grass and weeds were two feet high. Rotting food waste in cupboard that left a foul smell in the kitchen. Pool had about two feet of green slimy water in it as well as a shoe, old floaty and other garbage. Dirty towels hanging on chairs by the hot tub. Towels in bathroom were dirty. No door knob on bedroom door either. Overall cleanliness of the house was poor. Obviously the owner of this property doesn’t care about the overall guest experience.”
