The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. I had a 2 bedroom apartment in their new building and it was great. It was across the property and not connected to the restaurant and other amenities which was a little inconvenient but we cooked most of our meals so it wasn’t a big deal. They did have a shuttle that would take take guests between the two buildings if you asked them. For the other times “bundle up!” walking across the property at -35 degrees was quite an experience for me. The only thing I think they could improve is to have someone answer the desk phone more. I must have called the front desk 9 times at all times of the day and no one ever answered. It’s possible that they could have been really busy but unlikely that no one was available every time.
