”When you arrive, there is no office. You must call the number posted on a large sign. I called the number but had to leave a message. After driving 13 hours the prior day and 10 hours the day I arrived, getting a voicemail when I needed a bathroom and wanted to check in was very frustrating. Some other guests told me the rooms are left unlocked, so I could just go in. My key would be inside. I went in to grab the key. The lanyard was on the table, but the key was missing.
