Escape to nature and recharge at Levon’s DOM, a charming countryside guesthouse nestled in the tranquil village of Bazmaghbyur. Perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking to relax, celebrate, or simply enjoy the beauty of rural Armenia. Wake up to peaceful forest views in this cozy, light-filled room. Perfect for solo travelers or couples looking to relax, unplug, and enjoy the beauty of Bazmaghbyur. Fireplace access is available for extra warmth and charm.

This inviting room features a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Thoughtfully designed with soft tones and cozy textures, the Vintage Room offers a calm atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep

Guests staying in the Emerald Room enjoy:
• Access to 2 shared bathrooms
• Use of a shared living area and fully equipped kitchen
• Free WiFi throughout the property
Access to all outdoor amenities, including:
• Swimming pools (adult & kids)
• Outdoor pavilion, BBQ area, fireplace & pizza oven
• Table tennis, trampoline, swings, musical instruments
• Forested private area
Parking
• Free parking

• Optional traditional village breakfast (2500 AMD per person)
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $350 fine.
• NO SMOKING. A $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. There is a designated smoking area in the hallway (outside open balcony).
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses.
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations, as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. .
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
