”I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The staff offered first class customer service and excellent communication. The room was beautifully appointed and had everything we could ask for including space, comfort and amenities. A lot of care was taken to make this space feel like an home away from home. ”

”This is a great property to stay at if you are spending a couple of nights. Kitchen was great, Cooked a couple of simple meals. Couple of negatives., the steep stairs and the laundry dryer's air filter was awfully dirty. I don't just mean the lint was not removed. The mesh in the filter is black from dirt and should be was out with soap and water to make it look clean. But overall we would recommend to others.”

”Love love love this place!!! Minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone and yet walkable to anywhere in town for shopping or eating. Fully appointed condo with all the comforts of home. Being a small unit they have maximized the space wonderfully. There is a barn door with no lock for the bathroom which is my only (mild) criticism- my kids don’t respect a closed door 😂 Would also love a little extra piece of mind with a deadbolt inside but overall a wonderful stay!!!”

”Very nice, clean, comfortable property. We were there mid-August so the only drawback was no air conditioning. The fans offered relief, but it was a bit warm. Kitchen is roomy and well furnished (plates, cups, glasses, utensils, etc.). Living room is roomy and comfortable, fire place would be really nice in the winter. Comfortable beds and pillows. Close to town, but in a more private, quiet area. Overall very nice and was great for our family of four. ”

”We absolutely loved our stay at Ravens Heart Cabin during our Yellowstone vacation (September 8–13, 2025)! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk into the center of West Yellowstone, which made exploring town super convenient. Even better, the Buffalo Bar was practically in our backyard! We ended up there more than once because the food & bar service was incredible and the atmosphere was such a fun bonus to have so close! ”We loved having a comfortable private space with no immediate neighbors and an empty, treefilled lot next door. The kitchen was well supplied with basics and loved having laundry facilities. Unfortunately, internet went down part of our time there, shower is not great, outside trash bin is takes two people to open (bear proof), and the steps up to the outer doors do not have safety rails. Recommend the Slippery Otter for a meal or two, but there are no restaurants really within quick walking...

”Property was next to a garage and abandoned boarded up restaurant. A converted old bus was right next to the building with people living in it. It was not the best part of town. The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. ”
