”The water pressure was very poor. I couldn't take a shower as there was only a dribble of water. The staff were very helpful. We had a lamp that didn't work and the male staff member was quick to bring another one”

”I was nervous booking this after reading some poor reviews, but our experience couldn’t have been more opposite! We absolutely loved the glamping experience! The site was still under construction during our visit (only 3 domes open), but the ones that are finished are just the cutest! It looks like a large building for washrooms is being built next to the domes as well - we had to use the washrooms in the main motel this time, but that wasn’t an issue! The property manager was super helpful...

”The room was good. it was clean, well arranged and the staff were helpful. I was a bit concerned that the door that connects the rooms below to the back of the building was open when I got into the room. If I didn't check that it was locked I would have slept with the door open which is a security issue. These doors should remain locked unless opened by the traveller.”

”The property was beautiful with pretty gardens. The room was a good size, and I had a great view of the grounds and the lake. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and service was prompt. Would stay here again for sure!”
