”Delayed check in due to delayed cleaning. ”

”Other features of the hotel actually looking like the photos online.”

”Good location”

”This hotel is for travelers with refined tastes of retro style, sentimental at heart, knowledgeable and nostalgic for certain things in the city's recent past. The location is very convenient to Yonghe Gong, an important religious shrine, Confucius Temple, Nan Luogu Lane (a famed marketplace) and more. The narrow lane can be a challenge for taxis drop-off, but a 5-minute walk to the main avenue is not bad. Love the decor throughout the hotel and the room. The only nuisance is the shower that...

”Very cute spot, tucked away in a quieter alley just off the main road, but still super convenient and close to Wangfujing shopping street. Really nice atmosphere with outdoor seating and lots of cats around. The rooms and facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast has lots of options. Only downside is that the rooms aren't quite as new as they look in the photos, and they're pretty small with barely any room for larger luggage. Overall, a really nice place to stay!”

”I showed up at 4:30 PM and my room was not ready with no ETA on when I could get in. I was unable to shower and change for my evening plans. I complained and was told there was nothing they could do. They told me I would have free use of the mini bar upon my return in the evening. When I returned, the mini bar was completely empty, there was no coffee and the balcony to my room (one of the advertised features) had a sign on it saying it was permanently locked. The facilities were clean and...

”Room was nice, bathroom especially stylish. Breakfast had a great assortment of foods. Gym was pretty good for a hotel gym. Unfortunately the view from my room was directly towards an active construction sight, which also came with some noise.”
