After contacting the host, they informed us the home we had reserved was unavailable and offered us a different property. ”Yes the host was available to answer any and all questions we had. The area appeared to be clean but after observation under the beds and behind night stand and in window sill of bathroom window found excessive build up of dust under beds and behind night stands and a dead fly in window sill of bathroom. There was a lack(no) dressers for clothes and one bedroom had no closet.”

”Although the apt was cute, there is no LAUNDRY even though there is a photo that shows a washer. I was constantly harassed by the upstairs neighbor's children running back and forth from 745am until 10pm. The "landlord" with bangs yelled at me for parking in the spot in the driveway, even though I was told I take one spot, and the upstairs people take one spot.
