”Great”

”Overall, the hotel is good, the only issue that we had was the check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, check in time is 3 pm but by 4 pm is still not ready, We had to leave for a game so we don’t know what time the room was ready since we came back to the hotel late at night but I know another family was waiting for at least two hours and there were few other families waiting as well. Hotel is well maintained, room is clean but need a little update in the bathroom, shower head...

”In general the hotel was very clean and warm. Parking places are enough to accommodate all the cars of the guests.”

”Great place to stay and convenient to cruise terminal.”

”Rooms are incredibly comfortable with a seating room to relax in.”

”We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles”

”Room very comfortable and spacious. I was with my dad that has special needs and he was very happy with the stay.”

”Restaurant is pretty good and overall service is ok.”

”We have stayed at the Edge before and like it for the quiet and convenient location for our needs. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, however we did have an issue having to wait a long ways for our stored luggage to be retrieved for us. The rooms are very small but comfortable, however we had a difficult time keeping the room temperature at a comfortable level and lost sleep because of it.”

”It’s just ok.nothing special Nothing terrible”

”Pasamos una buena estadía, el personal atento y cerca de todo. La estación del tren esta a 5 minutos caminando. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme”
