”This rental far exceeded our expectations! It was more than a house… it was home! Every room was extremely clean and brilliantly decorated. Our stay coincided with weather of extremely high temperatures but we were more than comfortable as the house has fantastic air conditioning. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cape Neddick Beach and Harbor /Lobster Pound Restaurant. I will recommend this house to all my family and friends.”

”We arrived after 2 days of travel from N.C at 8pm. The pictures of the cottage were deceiving. The top floor had the master with no bathroom and the stairs to climb were quite precarious for 2 people of 70 years. The other bedroom was in the lowest level and smelled like a basement ,and had a lot of stairs as well. The main floor contained the kitchen with a stove that was rusted and dirty as well as the refrigerator didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The host could not help us and also told...

”We were looking for a special place to celebrate our 53rd Wedding Anniversary. We found here and it checked all our boxes. Location easy to get to, comfortable living room with fireplace and the bedroom and bath upstairs were absolutely beautiful and with great views of the bay. The deck down a path from the patio overlooked the bay and also had a gas firepit in the center of it. You couldn't as for a better place to relax and enjoy all the amenities. ”This home is absolutely gorgeous—the photos truly don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the space. We were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of rosé and cookies, which was such a nice touch and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was how well-stocked the kitchen was. It had everything we needed for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying meals...

”This was my family very first trip to Maine. We booked the rental in August 2025 at an awesome price. The host, Travis, was great to deal with. I asked him on things to do back in August and he gave us several ideas on what to do when we got here. The house and pool was amazing!! We are definitely coming back to Maine again as we didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this rental!!!!”
