”We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!”

”We had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from SNHU. Some items were a little tricky to use like adjusting the temperature of the pool and hot tub but we still enjoyed them. Host was quick to respond. Plenty of room for our group. ”

”This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property . It is a great space for a large group . Kitchen is well stocked . Beds are very comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms! This time we had a little trouble getting hooked up to WI-Fi but finally did. We are planning to go back to this property in the future .”

”Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go!
