”Really close to Bootham Bar and everything that is inside the walls. Very warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff and even though my room was over the main road, noise didn't bother me. The room "York Theatre" was very well appointed with everything you'd need. Good size with a large en-suite and a lovely comfy bed. I'd definitely recommend staying here. ”

Room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. There was a sitting room but we never used it. I had full English breakfast. It was huge and delicious. Great location. 20 mins walk to centre of York. We were going to The Barbican. It was half hour walk. Thanks for a lovely stay”

”The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”
