”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary trp. Staff were so lovely and really made us feel welcome. The bed however, was so uncomfy. It was a king room but the beds were two beds pushed together and there was a ridge down the middle which made it very uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep as we kept waking up. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Close enough to the centre but also far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Thank you to the lovely staff...

”Hotel and location great. Toilet blocked in the morning and we told reception when we went to breakfast but still wasn’t fixed when we came back an hour later. Had to call again and insist someone comes to sort out it as there isn’t a toilet brush in the room, finally someone came but initially they said there were no maintenance people , it was 7:30 am when we first told them ”

”We were happy with our stay. The room was generally clean, and the staff very helpful. The location is nice just outside the city walls and especially if you'll need to visit the university campus, it is a good place to stay between the centre and the uni. ”

”Tiesin hotellin sijaitsevan vilkasliikenteisen kadun varrella, joten olin toivonut huonetta mahdollisimman ylhäältä. Toivomusta ei kuitenkaan ollut toteutettu. Ensimmäisen yön jälkeen yritimme vaihtaa huonetta, mikä ei kuitenkaan onnistunut. Vierailumme oli täysin pilalla valvottuamme liikenteen metelin vuoksi kolme yötä.
