”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Hotelli sijaitsee keskellä ei mitään, mutta uskomattoman upealla paikalla, rantajyrkänteellä Ravenscarissa. Pyysin varausta tehdessä huonetta merinäköalalla, mutta emme sellaista saaneet, mikä oli pettymys. Suoraan hotellilta lähtee kävelypolut, joten jos lomasuunnitelmissa on patikointia ja ulkoilua, tämä hotelli on hyvä valinta. Itse hotelli oli varsin nuhjuinen ja asiakaskunta pääasiassa eläkeläisiä. Ainut syy yöpyä tässä hotellissa on sen ainutlaatuinen sijainti, mutta vaatii sen että...

”Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for. Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference.”

”Great sized room overlooking the market square. Hotel offers free safe parking at rear of hotel and close to all amenities, we visited the James Heriot experience and several local pubs. Thirsk is a great location to visit other local towns like Pickering , Ripon , Northallerton and Helmsley.”

”The room was up to standard. The lock on the door was old and not fit for purpose, the carpet in the room was dirty and had stains on it .every floor creaked when walked on so you could hear people waking by most of the night. Also the bed was uncomfortable.”
