”Lovely cottage and spacious for myself wife 3 kids and our dog, the children loved the hot tub, and after relaxing by the fire inside, the home is beautiful and decor is cottage feel, our host helen was always on hand and advised us of places to visit etc. We went to bondville mini village kids loved hornsea beach and filey beach kids and dogs had a lovely break before back to school.. thank you for letting us stay we will be back again thanks jake”

”We recently stayed at your farm on the 31st December Whilst we loved the location and easy check in, we arrived at just gone 5pm and were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, we do not think it had been cleaned at all since the last guests and likely longer than that.
