For my stay, I had to change rooms 3 times. The 1st room was next to a pet room(a personal preference) not the hotel’s fault. However, the issues continued from there.
The 2nd room was on the 3rd floor. When exiting the elevator, the hallways were extremely dirty, with dried mud throughout. The room itself had very thin walls. I arrived after 8 p.m. and was exhausted, but sleep was nearly impossible. The bed was a flimsy fold-out on aluminum supports that shifted loudly with any movement. I could also clearly hear my upstairs neighbor’s TV & even phones vibrating. There also is a kitchen but no pots, pans, plates, cups or silverware unless you pay for it.
The next day, I noticed the room was not clean (hair and mud in the room). I went to the front desk to request another room, but the staff was rude/dismissive, to my concerns. Shortly after, the manager called & moved me to the highest floor at the end of the hall for quiet.
The fourth-floor room was quieter, but still not as clean as expected.
The final issue happened Friday evening. I left for the day & returned around 8 p.m. to find my room completely stripped—no sheets, pillowcases removed, pillows placed on a chair, and all toiletries thrown away. No one at the front desk could explain what happened, and there was no housekeeping available to fix the room.
I did not receive a refund for the final night. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing.
