”There is lot to like and love about the Majapahit Hotel, Surabaya. I loved this historic property in a great central location and I also loved its cheerful and attentive staff. The classic room I had was very spacious and clean, though some of the bathroom surfaces would benefit from replacement. However, for the price, it is hard to complain.
Noise from other guests was not a problem during my 3 nights there. The buffet breakfast is quite good and you can order ala carte, including special...

”I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station.
All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay.
1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels.
2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

”The first room I got is in the smoking floor. It sad to think that I need to ask for non smoking areas when booking the room instead of making it a standard. The room lighting is dimmer than expected.
The front desks very friendly, however as I have late check in they could not rectify it immediately, and I need to wait for the next day to get in to different room.
The next room is very pleasant with city view however the cleanliness need to be more thorough as I can see dust in some part of...
