10.0 kautta 10, Poikkeuksellisen hyvä, (43 arvostelua)
”The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.”

”The location of Thirty One Homestay is convenient. It's about a 12-minute walk (0.8 miles) to the shuttle bus station for Tianmen Mountain Park.
The staff are nice and helpful. The guest room is clean but small. There is no elevator, so if you're staying on the 3rd floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

”A very disappointing stay and well below the standard I would expect from a Hampton by Hilton.
The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, yet our room absolutely stank of menthol cigarettes. Even more bizarrely, there were used ashtrays sitting on each floor, which makes the “non-smoking” claim feel fairly meaningless.
The bedding also did not feel as though fresh sheets had been put on the bed before our arrival, which was extremely unpleasant.
The bathroom design offers virtually no privacy,...

”Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21.
This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway.”
