Benecia Oasis - Spacious Home, Pool + Hot Tub, Joshua Tree & Palm Springs

Benecia Oasis is a 1970s pool house that combines the mid-century modern luxury of Palm Springs with the bohemian charm of Joshua Tree. The home has been lovingly restored by filmmakers Kit Williamson and John Halbach, who relocated to the Hi-Desert two years ago after getting married in Joshua Tree National Park. It’s the second home designed by the couple, after their homestead renovation El Dorado Oasis was featured in The LA Times and Apartment Therapy.

The main living room features a beautiful, restored stone gas fireplace (currently under repair) and 65" smart TV, with a plush oversized sectional to spread out and watch movies. The secondary living room has a wood burning fireplace, perfect for a glass of wine and great conversation. The secondary living room has a twin bed, with a second twin bed on a trundle.

The stylish galley kitchen has brand new appliances, butcher block countertops, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and grill.

Each of the bedrooms has extremely comfortable Tuft & Needle hybrid mattresses. The master bedroom has a king mattress and its own on-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors opening up to the pool in the backyard.

The spacious backyard features an in-ground pool and hot tub, an outdoor dining table for 8, propane fire pit, propane BBQ and outdoor shower.
