The space
The Seventh Ray House is a peaceful desert house located in a quiet corner of Flamingo Heights,. Close to unfenced BLM land, you'll see Black Lava Butte and Flat Top Mesa of the new Sand to Snow National Monument peeking out above our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home.

The home is covered in cool terra-cotta tiles that are layered with authentic Moroccan rugs and boasts lighting from both Turkey and India. The vintage 1970s bar is an original of the house and has all the original bar stools - the perfect spot in the house to enjoy a glass of your favorite adult beverage or a mini-photoshoot!

☼BEDROOMS & BATH☼
The Seventh Ray House comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, friends, or families. The primary or 'Sunset bedroom,' as we call it, includes one king-size Tuft & Needle bed with premium 100% bamboo sheets by Cozy Earth. All Cozy Earth products are available at a 40% discount for our guests with code: SEVENTHRAYRBO.

The 'Sunrise bedroom' features a queen-size bed with a Tuft & Needle pillow top bed and cotton & linen sheets. Both bedrooms are designed to feel minimalistic with plenty of closet space.

The home has one bathroom, which features a tub-style shower and handmade vanity. Feel free to utilize the blow dryer, single-use makeup wipes or hair ties during your stay.

☼KITCHEN & DINING☼
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range, oven and a Whirlpool refrigerator. The original refurbished cabinets are fully stocked with ceramic cookware & organic spices for use during your stay. Feel free to enjoy the sunrise paired with a cup of Joe from either the French press or the single serve Keurig.

Thinking of throwing a shrimp on the barbie? Just steps outside the kitchen is a propane BBQ and picnic table set for grilling & chilling.

Inside, the dining table seats up tosix in the lounge and 2 at the mid-century cafe table in the kitchen, or you can opt for outdoor dining at the picnic table on the patio.

☼INDOORS☼
You’ll enter the home into a large living room with a wood stove to keep you toasty warm on cold desert nights and risings. You may notice there is no TV... in its place, we encourage a bit of conscious reading (you'll find several of our favorite books about the house), or gathering around the record player or trying your hand at tickling the keys of the vintage Story & Clark piano in the lounge.

☼OUTDOORS☼
The Seventh Ray House sits on 5 acres of mostly raw land. The immediate backyard is partially gated with an opening to the rest of the property which is lined on both sides with fencing. Feel free to explore the land but please mind the neighborhood around you as well as your surroundings as this is raw land.

**COWBOY POOL NOW AVAILABLE to cool off during the hot summer days.

As you go out the back door you’ll find a pathway to the meditation / reading bed and just beyond that, two lounge chairs for enjoying the sunset. If you’re feeling the need to hang loose or want a cute photo op, there is a boho swing under the tree just outside the back door and a XL round hot tub, perfect for soaking after a long day in the National Park or counting shooting stars.
If stargazing is your thing, head back to our one-of-a-kind circular stargazing platform situated away from the house and lights to give you the best view of the stars possible and magically float above the ground.
Our handmade cotton hammocks are the perfect spot for stargazing or an afternoon nap!

As the sun begins to set, the fire pit will keep you warm and is a cozy spot to enjoy a bit more star gazing or a few s’mores over stories about the tale of the Yucca Man.

Our propane BBQ is available for use as well and please feel free to enjoy dinner on the picnic table under the stars.

The house boasts AC/Heat mini-splits in both bedrooms as well as the living room to keep you comfortable year-round.

Parking is available on-site for 6 vehicles.

The Seventh Ray House has WiFi throughout.

*Please note that our check-out time is strict and if our cleaners arrive while you're still at the house, they will charge us extra and we will, in turn, have to charge our guests for this fee.

Guest access
Guests can access the home from the front roundabout driveway and may feel free to park in the driveway itself or in and around the roundabout driveway or next to the three Italian Cypress trees.
Additional rules
"Find it better than you left it," is our motto at The Seventh Ray House and respect and care for the house is expected at all times.
If ANY house rules are violated and or broken, renters must vacate the property immediately. Renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and the house rules violation(s) may be met with additional charges.
☼No partying
☼NO smoking inside the home
☼Hot Tub + Stock Tank Pool General Rules:
Swim at your own risk. No jumping or diving, running, rough play, food, and glass in the pool or spa area. Children can not use the pool or spa without adult supervision.
☼Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever
☼No noise disturbance is allowed and please be respectful of quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and you will be asked to leave the premises and the entirety of security deposit will be acquired by the host
☼Guests may NOT film or shoot photos for commercial use on the property and/or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless granted permission by owner/host unless otherwise authorized prior to booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately.
☼People other than those listed in the guest party may not be on site without prior written consent and any additional guests on site at anytime will be $100 per person per day
☼Owners/hosts are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while on the premises or its facilities.
☼The owners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest
☼Any excessive damage to furniture and/or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the owner/host
☼All guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises
☼☼You understand that use of the hot tub, cowboy pool or fire pit is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of hot tub, cowboy pool or fire pit and hold owners harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that hot tub, cowboy pool or fire pit use may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person that has health risks, or use hot tub, cowboy pool or fire pit while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner(s) for accidents or claims arising from use of hot tub, cowboy pool or fire pit. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking a reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
Release & Waiver of Liability: I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE SEVENTH RAY HOUSE & AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY. In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my minor children, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and fully release any and all rights and claims for injuries (i.e snake bite, heat stroke, etc), and/or damages I may have against The Seventh Ray House, and The Seventh Ray LLC.☼☼
