”回りが山なので静かです。 ペンションで木造作りの為に多少は隣、上の部屋の音が聞こえます。 Wi-Fiが完備されています。 エアコンは無く扇風機ですが、夜は涼しいので網戸でも少し寒く感じます。 共同風呂なので、朝風呂は予約制です。 トイレは2つあり、どちらもウォシュレットです👍 オーナーがとても優しいです(^^)”

”Super helpful and friendly staff gave us good information about the surrounding area. You could make coffee/tea whenever and there was a shared fridge, microwave etc. You could also take a bath in a traditional japanese hot spring bath which was amazing! We had a japanese style room which was so cute but the futon bed was a bit uncomfortable for us. Would definitely stay here again!”

We were sad and sorry about my daughters Muumi T - shirt disappeared while we were oitside. Room was clined that time . We complained reseption about that . We hope they find skirt and send it back”

”It was a great experience staying in a traditional ryokan, visit an onsen (public bath) and use a yukata (Japanese robe). Lovely staff, great location and spacious and clean room. A futon mattress would have made the experience even better, but the down duvet was wonderful.”

”I really love this hotel! The staff were kind and lovely, even though I’m not very good at communication. I stayed in Room 406, which had a window and a door leading out to the balcony — I absolutely loved it! There’s a Family Mart right across from the hotel, and it’s not far to walk from the train station. It was also very convenient to walk to the large supermarket in town. If I ever come back to Nikko, I will definitely stay here again.”
