Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss.

Beautiful building, gorgeous wooden structure of the building, lots of areas to relax. Really enjoyed sauna and steam room after long hikes. It was so convenient for recovery. I really enjoyed complementary yoga class and a hike with a very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide Pietr, we hiked from the hotel as it’s in perfect location for the start of many hikes. There are plenty of things for kids to do in the hotel, but if you did not come with kids and want some quiet, it’s really easy to have peaceful time for grown ups too. Really helpful and kind reception staff, especially Natalia and Malgozata. They went out of the way to help me. I want to come back again and again.

Great location--on a quiet street, but a 15-minute walk from downtown Zakopane and a half-hour drive from Tatra National Park. The hotel is very nice, though not luxurious. Great breakfast buffet.

This is a charming and inviting hotel. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices with traditional Polish meats, cheeses and pastries. Very helpful staff. There is no AC in the rooms, which was only a problem during late afternoons. Windows do open wide.

The breakfast menu changed slightly each day, although the food itself was not particularly outstanding. However, the hotel offered a variety of facilities, including a well-sized swimming pool and entertainment areas, which allowed our child to spend most of our three-day stay happily enjoying the resort. We were especially grateful to the staff member who supervised the swimming pool. He was friendly, attentive, and took safety seriously, making us feel comfortable and reassured throughout our time at the pool.

Nice hotel lobby, easy check in and nice location but a little far from the Main Street. The breakfast was spectacular but it started too late if you want to start hiking early (only at 7:30am). It was hot when we were here and the rooms are not air conditioned so we couldn’t sleep. We were also on the first floor (with kids) so couldn’t leave our window wide open overnight. Our room was also pretty basic and outdated. Lastly, our key did not work for the pool in the morning on the day we were checking out. Overall it was okay but definitely overpriced for what you get.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt . Die Betten sind sehr schmal, vor allem das Doppelbett mit 140cm Breite. Der Spa Bereich ist viel zu klein und alt. Das Personal ist gut ind auch die Reinigungskräfte. Die Toilette hat keine gute Lüftung sodass das ganze Zimmer stinkt.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here for our anniversary. They sped up the preparation of our room so that we could check in earlier. we got a free upgrade and a lovely surprise of wine in our room. The room was so nice and exceptionally clean like bran new. we loved every part of our stay.

It was right at the edge of town so just a few minutes to the hiking trails and the national park. It's also only a few minutes to a bus stop to get you into town.

Very nice hotel with outstanding staff. True focus on being eco friendly. Great breakfast options that included homemade cake and delicious coffee. Quiet location with easy access to local dining and shopping. Tasty restaurant on premises. Close to local public transit and short drive to central train station.

We could hear dogs barking all night. The bed was tiny and there was no option to change nor did they seem to care when we asked. The breakfast buffet was excellent. But overall not a great experience for the price paid and supposed reputation.

I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at 5 star hotels so I am no stranger to quality, but Belvedere took our breath away. Simply stunning facilities, extremely friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating. Delicious food. Best spa service. Chocolate massage was my favorite. Will definitely be going back and recommending this hotel to anyone I know.

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Zakopane but still easy short walk to the town centre as well as the area around the ski jump. It's also on a doorstep to some waking trails. We enjoyed the breakfast spread, so much choice! The pool was a hit with the kids in our party. There's also bowling and kids room in the hotel. Parking charge is extra. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He provided great local recommendations and made sure all my needs were taken care of with genuine care and attention. It’s rare to come across such dedicated hospitality, and Mr. Wojciech truly exemplifies it. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel is large but feels cozy. Breakfast was great with large variety. Maybe not a gourmet but many choices, including a kids corner, and a good value for $. The pool with the slide is a great option for an indoors kids activity on a bad weather day. The hotel is a little off the main touristic center, about 15-20min walk, for good or for bad. There is a parking charge (as listed in their details). Some staff was very friendly and helpful despite language barrier. Some not so much. In one case I asked for a towel from a rack, an employee said "No English. Reception" and turned his back to me. Another lady immediately tried to help though. Regarding the pool, the sitting area is quite small, I asked an employee about chairs when non were available and he said that this is it and I have to wait. Later I figured that there is an additional sitting area upstairs. So why not saying that? Still I would recommend, I think this hotel is a decent value for money. Could be excellent but was just great.

Booked this stay through Expedia for two adults and one child, when we wanted to extend the stay for one additional night I was told I owe them additional money for previous night, even though we paid in advance for all of us. The staff was more concerned about additional charges for previous night than having us stay additional night, and was very unfriendly when I tried to discuss the situation. The total amount we were charged for one night was not worth it and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the outdated rooms and old uncomfortable beds. After paying additional charges and parking fees, I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other newer hotels in the area which are much better and nicer all around. We stayed another night in another hotel near by and staff and hotel room was much nicer and totally worth it and no hidden fees. Once we left the reception area to sit in the lobby, all three staff members got together and were clearly talking about us like we didn’t know what was happening. Very unprofessional for a high priced hotel with hidden fees with zero respect for customer. Will not be staying here ever again but people should know how they run and operate this place when booking using other web sites that were less expensive as the hotel. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay and it’s a shame they are allowed to call this place Belvedere with such unfriendliness and outdated rooms.

Great views on the rooftop terrace. Good area. Close to Main Street but away from the noise. Close to hiking trails. Rooms were extremely small which was disappointing but the rest of the hotel made up for that.
