”The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,...

Paikallinen aamupala oli hyvä ja runsas, mutta toisaalta illalla tilaamaani hampurilaista en todellakaan halunnut syödä muutaman puraisun jälkeen.”

The rooms on the first floor with volcano views from the veranda are great - worth paying extra for. Tasty, generous breakfast. ”This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. The pool area is okay, but no people. no breakfast, fancy full service menu in a small booklet, but no...
