”This place is truly magical. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxation.
The customer service is outstanding, with staff ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the volcano view was a highlight.
The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enough— will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

”Fantastic Eco Lodge with excellent food, many options for activities, and top of the line service. Highly recommend, especially for couples and romantic getaways.”

The owner and staff were very attentive, and I felt completely taken care of, from the moment my plane landed, until my return flight took off. Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.”

”This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can...
