Located in Zaragoza’s historic center, our apartment puts you within walking distance of the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Stroll to the majestic Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar and the Cathedral of the Savior (La Seo), both steeped in rich history and architectural splendor. While many of Zaragoza’s attractions are easily accessible on foot from the apartment, the city’s efficient public transportation system offers convenient options for exploring further afield. The nearest bus stop is just a few meters away, and the tram system is also within easy reach, providing convenient connections to other parts of the city.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Although there is an elevator, it exits the building at the top. Therefore, you’ll need to walk down a flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

Due to its prime, central location, you may hear some noise during your stay.

There is no private parking, but you can park your car for free in the area surrounding the accommodation.

There is central air conditioning and heating provided by a gas boiler. (The temperature may not exceed 22°C, as we consider this to be the optimal temperature).

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
