”I booked this hotel because it was close to friends I was visiting. My husband and I had been here before and had really liked it. The single room was small but very efficient and had all amenities that I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond when I left some clothes hanging in the closet of my room. I needed them for a cruise that I was going on, and they shipped them to my new destination within one day. Not many hotels would have done this, it was really...

”Friendly staff. Room was cute, though air conditioning is missing but did not expect it either. Did not try breakfast. ”

”Ok hotel, parking hall in the hotel. There is no parking at Motel One Leipzig-Augustusplatz. The information was wrong when I booked.”

”Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes modernes Zimmer, gute Parkplätze”

”Although the facility was clean and well maintained, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the staff at the front desk. Initially, I had booked and paid a room for two persons in separate beds. However, when we arrived I found that the room was very small for that. So, we requested a second room for the other member. They had availability and they provided with one and received pay for one night with a security credit provided too. The next morning we requested the staff at...

”Tutun hotellin olemuksessa alkaa näkyä renovoinnin tarve. Kaikkein omituisin puoli hotellissa on kapean parkkihallinajon globaali ennätys. Siinä on naarmutettu montaa autoa. Toinen huippuouto asia ovat loungen syömiset. Puolet piti jättää syömättä yliväkevinä tai allergisoivan tähteen oloisina.”

”Hotelli uusi ja siisti. Palvelu tylyä ja aamupala keskinkertainen”

”Alles super”

”Beautiful building in peacefull neigborhood, still in few minutes walk to the hearth of town. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. We were very satisfied for our stay in Gästehaus Leipzig.”
