This beautiful chalet, which was completely renovated in 2016, is located between the beautiful lake, the lifts to the ski area, the beautiful golf courses and of course the breathtaking view in well-known Zell am See.

The very spacious and luxuriously furnished chalet is suitable for up to 14 people. The optimal layout and a large room, together with the high-quality workmanship, give you a comfortable feeling of luxury, which makes you feel right at home. A spacious living room with a luxurious open kitchen, a cozy open fireplace and access to the very large private terrace with garden give you a wonderful feeling of freedom.

Believe it or not, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are at your disposal. Please note! The master bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. This bunk bed is intended for children. Due to its location near the ski lift, this chalet is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. Within a few minutes you are on skis and enjoying the large ski area of Zell am See. Of course you are also right here for other activities. Cross-country ski runs, hiking trails and shops can be found in a short distance. Salzburgerland also offers many possibilities in summer. Zell am See itself with the beautiful lake and beautiful city center speaks for itself. A stone's throw away you will find Kaprun with the glacier, on which you can ski almost all year round, the Großglockner as Austria's highest mountain, the Krimmler waterfalls and the city of Salzburg. In short, a real tip!

• The cost of charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) is always based on consumption and is billed separately

• For reasons of tranquillity, this apartment is not rented to groups of young people
• In Austria, winter tires (between November 1st and April 15th) and/or snow chains on the drive wheels are compulsory in wintry weather conditions
• Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited in this house
• Please note that COVID-19 measures are in place. Different conditions may apply to ski passes, opening hours and use of the ski lifts in the winter sports areas. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home as a change in restrictions is generally not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
