This Top apartment has approximately 200 m² with a separate entrance than the ground floor apartment via an external staircase to the first floor. An internal spiral staircase leads you to the upper level.The first floor contains a good size shower room with a toilet and washbasin, plus an additional separate WC for convenience. You will find four double bedrooms and one single bedroom on this level.Via the internal spiral staircase, you make your way to the upper floor, which contains a double bedroom and a good size shower room with a toilet and washbasin. It also has 4 single beds using the flexing system which means the room can be set up from anything from 1 to 4 people, or alternatively just used to store luggage, pushchairs, etc. Which can also be useful for large groups.The EG apartment is located on the ground floor and has approximately 120 m², which can also be booked separately on request making it ideal for smaller families and groups.It contains a shower room with a toilet and washbasin, and additionally a separate toilet. The kitchen, dining and lounge area are at one end of the apartment in the open living style, with access directly out to the front terrace area. The house:Is situated in Schüttdorf about 3km from Zell am See. Close to local shops and is about 750m from the ski lift called Areit, part of the Schmittenhöhe.
