"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean, and we appreciated being given a one-hour late check-out.
A few things were disappointing, though. The gym concept is unusual: there are only cardio machines, and using weights requires booking a personal trainer session. This wasn’t clearly explained and felt unnecessarily restrictive.
The hotel was also very quiet during our stay, so it was surprising that using the pool for just one extra hour after check-out required an additional fee. A little flexibility would have made a big difference.
Breakfast felt quite expensive, and we missed having a refrigerator in the room, especially as there is no air conditioning.
A practical note: avoid room 302 (and possibly the rooms on the same side). There is a designated bee habitat nearby, and many bees came into the room whenever the balcony door was open.
The spa concept also felt somewhat disconnected. There seemed to be many treatments available, but there was very little information about them, making the wellness area feel less accessible than it could be.
Overall, a good stay with nice facilities, but better communication and a bit more flexibility would improve the experience significantly."
