Embedded in meadows and fields not far from the forest, you will find an oasis of peace here. The ski bus comes directly to the house on request
The municipality of Zellberg is located on the left bank of the Ziller opposite Zell am Ziller and opposite the confluence of the Gerlostal. The Zillertal Arena is a hiking and climbing area in summer and becomes a skiing area with 150 km of pistes in all levels of difficulty in winter. Idyllic valley, gentle alpine meadows and rugged peaks. This is the charm of the Zillertal landscape. Countless leisure activities against the marvellous mountain backdrop attract nature lovers to the valley all year round

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
