This central location is ideal for exploring Usedom by car, bike or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village has a shallow, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new beach promenade, with its large open-air stage, sits in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts take place regularly here in summer. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. As one of Usedom’s smallest seaside resorts, Zempin attracts fewer holidaymakers and tourists. It offers peace and relaxation in every season, with an almost family-like atmosphere.



The accommodation offers 2 rooms for up to 4 guests. In summer, a traditional hooded beach chair is available free of charge. The living room has a sofa bed, and the bedroom has a double bed. A balcony invites you to unwind. The large bathroom has a shower, bathtub and double washbasin. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. A washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee. Free parking spaces are available in the underground garage and car park. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and a freezer compartment. An initial supply of soap and toilet paper is provided.
