The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom’s narrowest point, in the middle of the island. This central location makes it an excellent base for exploring Usedom by car, bicycle or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village offers a gently shelving, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new beach promenade, with its large open-air stage, is set in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts take place here regularly during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. As one of Usedom’s smallest seaside resorts, Zempin attracts fewer holidaymakers and tourists. The village exudes peace and relaxation in every season, with an almost family-like atmosphere.



The accommodation has 2 rooms for up to 3 guests: a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, plus a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. A washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee. Free parking spaces are available in the underground garage and car park. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and a freezer compartment). An initial supply of soap and toilet paper is provided.
