On the sunny terrace, you will find garden furniture, 2 loungers, and a sun umbrella. The apartment is located in a well-maintained, park-like holiday complex covering approx. 6,000 m². You can securely store your bicycles in the locked park area.



A communal parking space is available on site. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



The apartment is situated at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, just 100 m from the picturesque Achterwasser with its fishing harbor (about a 3-minute walk). The Baltic Sea coast with its wide sandy beach is about a 12-15 minute walk away. A bakery, train station, spa administration, doctor, and bike rental are all within walking distance.



Key handover takes place in person at the office in Zempin, not directly at the accommodation.
