Tule tekemään hyviä muistoja tämän hämmästyttävän järvinäköala vuori pako. Huoneeseen mahtuu 16 vierasta, tilava, 3800 neliön jalka asuinpaikka tuoksuu Tahoe charmia massiivinen suuri huone, joka ylpeilee kutsuva pinottu kivi takka, 70-tuumainen televisio ja suuret ikkunat vangita seesteinen näkymät korkeita mäntyjä kuiskatella tuulessa ja kaunis taustalla järven. Myös kaksi eri tasoa viihdyttää antaa ryhmällesi rentouttavaa tilaa. Pääkerroksessa on suuri yksityinen kylpytynnyri ja massiivinen kannella iso BBQ, ruokapöytä 6, sohva istumatilaa 7 kanssa palo kuoppaan viihdyttävä samalla kun nauttia suuresta ulkona Tahoe. Toinen viihdehuoneessa on uusi 12 jalka Shuffleboard-pöytä, jota kaikki rakastavat. Kotona on kaksi keittiötä mukavuuteen ruoanlaittoon niissä suurissa kokoontumisissa ja niille, jotka rakastavat Javaa, on tärkein keittiössä espresso / kahvinkeitin. Vuonna Lake Tahoe alueella on 7 maailmanluokan hiihtokeskuksissa 5 minuuttia 1 tunti pois. Nautimme yli 300 aurinkoista päivää vuodessa, jolloin Sierra Nevadan vuoristossa joitakin paras hiihto olosuhteet maailmassa. Järven tasolla vuosittainen lumisade keskiarvot 125 tuumaa. Needing updated

The property was in need of some definate updating. Lots of room for family and friends but was dissapointed in the upkeep of the rental. When we arrrived the entire deck was full of green pollen and needed to be cleaned off. When we called them they did come quickly and did the best to resolve. But, it should have never been that way!

Secluded spot

The home was in a beautiful spot not too far from restaurants and bars, we loved the deck and plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen. The home got extremely hot during the day (especially the top floor) and very few windows opened which made it hard to take advantage of the cool air at night. There were two small fans but they barely worked and was not enough to cover all of the bedrooms. One other challenge was the grade of the driveway in either direction was so steep that we scraped the bottom of cars coming in and out.

HUGE property with everything you need

We had 8 people in our group and everyone was able to get their own bed (easily could have fit another 2-4 + couches). Huge property with a huge deck, a great view of the mountains/lake off the deck, and within 5-10 minute drive of the marina for boat rentals and Safeway for grocery shopping

Family Wedding Weekend

Great option for an all-adult visit with great gathering spaces as well as space to spread out with multiple kitchen and living areas. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful views. The hosts were super responsive to questions during our stay and provided clear instructions prior to our arrival. The steep driveway and restricted parking area will take a bit of maneuvering if your party has four vehicles. Would stay here again.

Amazing property

Had a big group of guys stay at this property for memorial weekend and we couldn’t have chosen a better house. First of all the rental company is fantastic -they were extremely helpful and kind (specifically Tami). The house was clean, fully stocked, and such a great space for entertaining a large group. Everyone had there own bed, lots of room for activities and the hot tub was an amazing touch. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the lake, casinos, heavily, and beaches.

Wonderful place for a big group

This is an excellent place for a large group. There are many beds and sleeping places and the house has large common areas. Hot tub is really nice and spacious as well. Location is great less than 10 minutes from South Lake and less than 15 from Heavenly so it’s a perfect place to stay for a ski trip as well. Hope to be back one day!

The property was ok of course the pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. The condition of the house is very worn needs quite a bit of maintenance and not very clean. I couldn't even clean because there was no broom or functioning vacuum. The one there is missing a wheel and just kicks stuff out the back. The view is very limited with lots of trees in the way. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Late September stay

Overall our large family group enjoyed the house and new hot tub. Pulling out of the driveway can be a challenge as it is on a blind turn. Some of the rugs are curling making a tripping hazard. Many nice TVs and fully stocked kitchen. Second kitchen downstairs nice for the kids. No outdoor play area other than large deck.

Awesome Place

Great experience! Great place, great location! We had everything we needed to do a lot of cooking. The big, spacious living room is ideal to gather a big group and to hold entertainment activities. The deck is spacious and a good place to enjoy the breeze, the view, and is very relaxing...The rooms are well laid out and good sized. The beach is close by and my big family enjoyed a lot of various water activities like kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming.

Great Space!

This house was perfect for us! 12 women in their 30s finally able to travel and see each other again, celebrating, catching up, and enjoying each other’s company. The large kitchen was great to cook for a large group and the pantry had basics like oil, coffee filters, salt, pepper, etc. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t working properly, but there were plenty of glasses, plates, coffee mugs, utensils, etc for a large group like us. We just washed as we went. We spent lots of time out on the giant deck eating around the table out there and hanging around the gas fire pit. The view was breathtaking!!! Inside the living room flows great into the dining room, allowing all 12 of us to be comfortable as we chatted. It was a 5 min drive to Safeway, which was great to grab groceries. We wished we could have gotten the check in information via email instead of going to a different physical location to get the information, since it was a code needed for the electric keypad for the door and not keys. After a long day of travel, that is something that would save time. All in all, amazing space, awesome view of Lake Tahoe, and perfect for a large group who plans on dining in a bit during the vacation.

Zephyr Cove for thanksgiving

The house looks better in the pictures than in person. It’s an older place that needs some TLC. It has plenty of room and the hot tub is nice and the deck is great. They do not provide much! Bring paper towels, dish soap hand soap etc! Would be a nice touch to have these things provided. We did enjoy our stay and enjoyed the shuffle board! You can tell this is just a rental. If the owner stayed there I think things might be better taken care of.
