”It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us.”

They've such knowledge of the region, where, how and when to go to different places of Zhangjiajie. Since we had more time, the suggested us to go to the great canyon the next day. ”This was a magical place to spend a few days. The room was superb and perfect for our needs and the location was idyllic high in the mountains. What made this stand out though was the superb Concierge who organised and booked all of our visits to the many attractions of the area. Transport, timings and tickets were all taken care of. ”The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious. Each room had a toilet with a bidet. The bed sheets were spotless. Breakfast was great too! This is a great hotel also because it is walking distance to the Tianmen mountain entrance.”
