Majatalot – Zhengzhou

”On the hotels.com site baby crib is available but the hotel staff told us their hotel doesn't have baby crib. There was no AC. I know it's winter for us but the room was around 24-25°C and you can't turn on the AC in the room. The staff gave put family suit room 2 fans.”

”The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating.”

”價錢跟酒店房間不符，不值得住”

”넓은 객실, 친절한 직원에 최고의 조찬식사~~ 주변 쇼핑몰에 식당까지 최고의 위치”

”The staff are so attentive. Clean, beautiful building. Not sure I’d want to stay anywhere else.”

”This hotel is located across the street from the Zhengzhoudong railway station so it is very convenient if you plan to do day trips to Luoyang or Kaifeng. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but they did offer free breakfast with my room. The location is also within walking distance to MixC so you can do some shopping or grab a meal.”

”Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry.”

”Beautiful hotel and well located”
