”Staff is extremely helpful in all aspects of my 7 day stay along with 2 adult children. Location is downtown and adjacent to Breeze malls, as well as transportation, MRT and Taipei 101. Hotel is very clean and nice, rooms are quality. I don’t like the soft pillows and the paintings like rugs. Otherwise no complaints. There are couple pubs and what appears to be a ”
”A true gem among Taiwan hotels. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. It's also a great location, only a few minutes walk to Dongmen Station and Yong Kang Street.

”As family of 4, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is not modern but has all the stuff we need. Our family room is big and has 1 king and 2 twins beds. The breakfast has many options, location is great, closed to the Linjiangjie night market. Everyone there is trying their best to help and our room is always clean and refreshed. Also, our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool very much, they also tried the kids activities at 9 floor, did the slime club also. Overall, we had a great stay. ”
”The hotel is great. I was attending a work conference at the exhibition center across the river in Taipei.
The late night concierge on the weekend immediately made me feel at home, coming in at 11 pm on my first solo trip to Asia.
The breakfast is excellent.
Be aware that most of the restaurants amd things to do are on the other side of the river. There is a shuttle about six times a day to the exhibition center, the HSR station and the Lala mall.”

Elevator made a loud sound and felt like it fell down a bit. Rooms are very small and there is no safety boxes but reception has a box. Problem with their safety deposite box is that they don't verify that you actually own that stuff. Only room number is not enough to verify that you are the owner!”
”Hotel is right close to Metro and the Daan Park. The room was quiet. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the park. Breakfast was outstanding. Overall a good choice. ”

"Communication with the hotel before the visit was difficult. I didnt get any real answers to my questions and requests which led to some dissapointments when we arrived e.g. missing window views and terribly priced early check-in. I needed to ask them to change our room, which they did next day, points from that. Most of the staff were just great while one receptionist was in a wrong job, very friendly staff at the lobby and in the restaurant. Great location. The best before date of our first room was long gone while the second was quite ok."
