The reed roofed house Elve, which was built in 2020, is located directly in the bay of Wismar. A modern thatched house with sauna and large garden, between Wismar and Boltenhagen. In a few minutes you can reach the natural Baltic Sea beach by foot. Discover the wide natural landscape of the Wismar bay during walks or enjoy the sun and good Baltic Sea air in your own backyard.



The house has a fenced outdoor area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms (two single beds and double bed; equipped with comfortable pocket spring mattresses) and a sofa bed in the living room. There are plissees available which provide visibility protection, but do not allow complete dimming. The accommodation therefore offers room for 6 people.Further amenities include a private sauna, underfloor heating, fireplace, rain shower and separate WC, as well as free WLAN and a terrace with parasol and a handcart for your visit to the beach.





In season you can enjoy the Baltic Sea at the Zierow beach (500 m), which is charged with a fee, under the safe watch of the DLRG. Further east (750 m) you will find a natural beach section.



The nearest supermarket is 6 minutes (4 km) by car from the property. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance and are located directly on the beach. A small playground can be reached in a few minutes (about 35 m). The Hanseatic city of Wismar is 10 minutes (8 km) southeast by car, while Boltenhagen is about 20 minutes away by car. Hamburg airport is 134 km (87 minutes by car) away. The swimming pool Wonnemar is 15 minutes by car, while the indoor playground Bauernscheune is 10 minutes by car from the property.



A private parking lot is available free of charge. Soap and toilet paper are provided for the first day of arrival. Pets may be brought on request. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. The holiday home is located in a development area; there may be occasional minor construction work in the neighbourhood. It is important to note that the satellite images in the map view do not correspond to the current status! The holiday home is situated in a green and quiet landscape.
