The spacious living and dining area with its comfortable sofa invites you to relax. From the dining area, you have access to the terrace – perfect for starting your day with a sunny breakfast. The terrace wraps around the house, so sun worshippers can enjoy it to their heart's content, and you can also soak up the sun in the evenings.

On cold days, you can cozy up in front of the wood-burning stove.

The modern kitchen is in a separate room and is lovingly furnished with many thoughtful details.

A guest WC and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and cleaning supplies complete the ground floor.
