âWonderful hospitality! This was a visit we wonât ever forget. The hotel is nestled into the side of a mountain in the Alps. The village below is picturesque. At the lodge we were given a tour of the owners memorabilia of his racehorse Justify who won the Triple Crown. Being huge Derby fans we really appreciated this. Dimitri was so good to us and really made this visit stand out. Great hotel and spa.â

Service was friendly, but often not so well functioning.. For example, we asked in the morning, if the restaurant is open for lunch. The answer was, yes the restaurant is open until 22:00. When we entered the restaurant at 14:10, we were told that lunch ended at 14:00 and only small menu is available. Still got something to eat, but...
We ate in the hotel restaurant every day. Sometimes the food was really good, sometimes really bad, often pretty...
âStayed only one night on our way through the Swiss Alps. Excellent service and a nice small room with quirky little details. The wifi connection was poor at times, but luckily there were also better things to do! Delicious breakfast buffet with bread, cold cuts, eggs, fruit etc. - could have had some veggies though. The dinner was good and at an unbeatable price 37 CHF for three courses.â
âWe stayed at this hotel for one night after our Bernina Express ride from Tirano. The hotel is located in a town just outside of St. Moritz so we had to hire a taxi to drive us, the ride was about 15 minutes. The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room. We were in time for an afternoon cake and coffee service the hotel offers and our children really loved the cake that was offered. We enjoyed our tea and cake on a patio behind the hotel...
