”What a great find! It is a gated home with nice grounds and a pool. The beds were very comfortable and came with mosquito netting which was nice but not needed. The breakfasts were nice out on the patio. The upstairs honor bar was a nice place to hang out. Housekeeping did an amazing job as they neatly folded my clothes and hung up my shirts. ”This is definitely a tranquil haven set amongst a city of contrasts. The team were attentive went out of their way to ensure my stay was relaxing, enjoyable and any needs/requests were promptly and efficiently dealt with. The Lodge is set within a lush garden landscape and rooms and common areas are clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was home cooked, generous & delicious. ”The hotel was closing down. The staff was excellent! Made telephone calls for me and offered personal wifi. The hotel had no working wifi and the electric bill was paid only just before it started to get dark. I had no concerns, because the staff was EXCELLENT! The location is great for taking the train. The staff i cannot say enough about them. They made the stay acceptable. Without them i would certainly left.”

”There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond”
