With a floor area of 76 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for 5 people.
The apartment is located in the second row behind the Baltic Sea dike and was completed in the summer of 2015.

The open kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the living and dining room, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic-glass cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
In the cozy living area, an open fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a TV, a large built-in closet, and private access to the terrace.
The small guest/children’s room has 2 single beds.
A crib and high chair are available for our youngest guests.

The modern bathroom features a bathtub and shower/toilet, a heated towel rack, and a large window overlooking the bedroom.
A separate bathroom with a shower is also available.

The beautiful terrace with patio furniture is a particular highlight.

A washing machine is also available.

The apartment includes a parking space marked 48/1.
Bicycles can be stored in a storage room.
