This 70 m² comfortably furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-family building. Quietly situated in a cul-de-sac near the town center, it can accommodate up to three people. A spacious hallway leads to the bedroom with a double bed (180-200 cm). The bathroom features a glass shower with a seat, a bathtub, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, a toilet, and a sink. The living room includes a large sofa, an extendable dining table, and a large smart TV. A daybed (75-200 cm) with a 15 cm thick mattress can be set up for an additional guest. The large southwest-facing balcony offers evening sun and is furnished with a table, chairs, and a parasol. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A small bicycle storage room is available. Free Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, and blinds or curtains are provided throughout the apartment.
