Holiday home in Zingst with swimming pool

This modern holiday home is located on the outskirts of Zingst on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula on the Baltic Sea, in the "Kiek Över" residential complex, away from the main road. The house is close to the beach, only about 300 meters on foot from the Baltic Sea, and in close proximity to a nature reserve. It boasts upscale, exclusive furnishings and a living area of 97 square meters, divided into a living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen with a Nespresso machine, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bunk bed, a gallery, one shower room with a toilet, and one bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.

The holiday home is surrounded by lawn and bordered on three sides by a hedge. A terrace faces south. A garden shed with garden furniture is attached.

Two bicycles and a child's bicycle are located in the shed. Please note that the bicycles are not included in the rental agreement. Technical defects or limited usability do not constitute grounds for liability; claims for price reductions are also excluded in this respect.

The individually furnished rooms are designed for a maximum of 4-6 people.
