This modern one-room vacation apartment is located on the second floor and is designed to accommodate two people. The 37 m² space includes a combined bedroom and living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.

The cozy living area features both a double bed and a seating area for relaxation. You can enjoy your meals together at the dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a small stovetop and a small refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. On the balcony, you can comfortably start and end your day. We, of course, provide a parking space for your car.



The “Zinnowitzer Hof” apartment building, constructed in the traditional spa architecture style, is located directly on the beach promenade in Zinnowitz. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses with impressive architecture were built here, which, together with the spacious promenade, create a unique atmosphere. With additional attractions such as the pier and the submersible gondola, as well as the Club-Kino and the “Blechbüchse” theater, Zinnowitz offers a variety of recreational activities. But nearby towns also have plenty to offer for an exciting day out—for example, Phänomenta in Peenemünde, Karls-Erlebnis Dorf in Koserow, and Gulliver’s World in Pudagla.
