Comfortable holiday apartment in a quiet location, just a few steps from the beach, in a small complex with four two-storey houses. The 70 m² ground-floor apartment features a furnished, covered terrace, a spacious living area with open kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob), one large and one small bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. You have a TV in the living room and in one bedroom. Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage are available to you free of charge. There is a shared bicycle storage room. The promenade, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, fish shops and a supermarket are all close by. The Bernsteintherme, theatre, open-air stage and cinema are about 5 to 7 minutes’ walk away. A tennis court is around 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Events on the premises are not permitted.



Zinnowitz on the Baltic Sea – a treat for the senses: The 703-year-old Zinnowitz, with its 160-year bathing tradition, is among the most beautiful seaside resorts on Usedom. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses with impressive architecture were built here, creating a unique atmosphere together with the spacious promenade.
